- Lifshitz, Nehama
- (b. 1927)Israeli Yiddish and Hebrew singer. Born in Kaunas, Lithuania, she went to Uzbekistan during World War II. In 1946 she returned to Soviet Lithuania and studied at the Vilna conservatoire. She later travelled throughout the USSR giving concerts of Yiddish songs. In 1969 she emigrated to Israel.
